In the anime Bleach how does a zanpakuto reflect the Shinigami?

ok, those zanpakutous reflects their master's personality like kyouraku his zanpakutou is katen kyoukotsu likes to play games like kyouraku does..byakuya's zanpakutou reflects his personality when he was a young boy. he was a short tempered person he get easily annoyed like senbonzakura showed in episode 263...when zabimaru and senbonzakura was shut in the 12 division. senbonzakura showed his true personality and matsumoto we knew that she is a lazy shinigami that she didn't like to make some reports..her zanpakutou..haineko reflect her personality being a lazy bum. then from ichigo his powers. he got it from his father..this is possible that he got this similarities from his father. if you remembered when ichigo was in his inner world showed that his inner was always gloomy like tensa zangetsu said and his hollow. if you noticed his father is a goofy guy unlike ichigo i think his father his a little different when we talked about personalities about those zanpakutous...i'm not sure about the end lol!
