What are the dorms really like at central mich university. (student review)?

im going to central in the fall 2011. im in carey hall, which i think is in the towers in the south west corner of campus. i know one of my roomates from high school but the other 2 are random. im just wondering wut to expect. like quiet hrs or any rules i have to follow.
