Life is going nowhere for me?

I'm 18 and i feel like my life is going nowhere. I've never had a girlfriend, nor have I had sex. I see my friends some of which are kinda of douches and they are all getting laid (senior week). I've always been called a "nice guy, with a sweet personality" I'm starting college and I feel lost and unchanged. Help?
